Photographe autodidacte, âgée de 45 ans, je suis passionnée par cet art depuis mon plus jeune âge. Je suis également professionnel dans le domaine du social depuis plus de 20 ans. C’est un engagement pour moi d’oeuvrer dans le domaine du social. Effectivement, accompagner les gens, les soutenir dans leurs difficultés, les écouter sont des valeurs qui me font travailler auprès d’eux depuis tant d’année.

La photographie quant à elle, m’apporte de l’apaisement ainsi qu’une ouverture d’esprit tant ma vie personnelle que professionnelle.

Elle me permet de retranscrire mon regard artistique sur le monde et d’immortaliser des moments présents. Artiste, créatrice et sportive dans l’âme, c’est à travers la danse et le basketball que j’ai pu découvrir et appréhender cet art.

J’ai appris la photographie par moi-même et sans cours formels ou formation académique. J’ai dû développer mes compétences grâce à mes ressources et des pratiques personnelles comme pour exemple les tutoriels en ligne, les manuels techniques ainsi que l’expérimentation de diverses techniques et styles. 

Aujourd’hui, j’apporte à mes prises de vue une perspective personnelle que j’ai à coeur d’enrichir et appréhender jour après jour. Par son domaine riche et varié, la photographie est un art où j’aime créer et capturer les moments éphémères.

It allows me to transcribe my artistic view of the world and immortalise present moments. Artistic, creative and sporty at heart, it was through dance and basketball that I was able to discover and grasp this art form.

I learnt photography on my own, without any formal courses or academic training. I had to develop my skills using my own resources and personal practices, such as online tutorials, technical manuals and experimenting with different techniques and styles.

Today, I bring a personal perspective to my photography that I’m keen to develop and understand day by day. With its rich and varied range of subjects, photography is an art form in which I enjoy creating and capturing ephemeral moments.
